Advice Please

I am trying to start up a non-profit organization and i need some guidance and advice. my features are to bring attention and awareness to the teen pregnancy, drug use, bullying, and several other issues that are taking place throughout my community. I can use any helpful advice I just feel alone here. I am first conducting a survey at local schools here. that's my start.
